SQLAlchemy DB

Hi everyone! The LuaBot it's updating these days... and i'm a trip now.

The SQAlchemy DB are from the economy system of the Lua, and i make a bunch of test and has a error in the db.

I Put this in releases because this is a test.

Add .env Security
