Sorry, missed this as I had incomplete notifications set up for the repository. The original input formatting was essentially a data frame without column names, and I know of at least one other use case where this is still in use due to basing on Ni's old scripts. This is present within the function as |

Fixing an error that I get when I run my code. I think it might have something to do with the pandas version
