📌 작업 개요

• 기존 Public Subnet에 배치된 RDS 인스턴스를 Private Subent으로 재배치하였습니다. 그에 따라 변경된 환경변수를 재설정하였습니다.

1. AWS RDS 퍼블릿 서브넷에서 프라이빗 서브넷으로 이전
2. 그에 따른 환경변수 값 수정
