To support the "all" color and generally any initial marking expression from PNML, the interactive mode protocol now uses a PNML like syntax. This means most of the marking parsing can be done with the PNML parser and writing can be done with the PNML writer.
However, the GUI seems to be parsing something wrong, so it does not yet work with the GUI, but i am pretty certain that it is the GUI that is doing something wrong.
