I ran into this in Elden Ring with this handler and the most recent Nucleus Co-op app.

For documentation/searchability purposes: I have three monitors, 1440x2560, 2560x1440 (usually primary) and 3840x2160. Despite following all troubleshooting steps I was able to find, having two instances in left/right splitscreen on the 4k monitor resulted in stretched and extremely low-res instances. Setting the 4k monitor to primary before launching the instances fixed both issues.
