Stacks everything to 999.
I might add configuration options at some later point.

[23:10 UTC+0] Note: Replaced the .dll file with a .zip containing the DLL, readme, and icon. Should hopefully work nicer with adding by Thunderstore/r2mma mod managers, hopefully.
