Added an e2e configuration and e2e SQL script.
This config should not really affect anything unless specifically used in the run config, so I think it's fine pulling this into development and eventually master is hopefully ok.
Added this e2e config to logback and dev profiles.
Additionally added a simple test that just returns a hashed password. so that we can easily add new User Accounts to our SQL scripts in the future.
