- Changed minimum cmake version in CMakeLists.txt to 3.25, to ensure compatibility with policies CMP0135 and 0140
- grasp_demo.py: Replaced the deprecated gym environment with own FR3SimplePickUpSimEnvCreator, and modified execute_motion to use waypoints directly instead of delta_action, which causes segmentation fault
