Added modded trac_client_1.ttm per VS

I included a modification that if there exists a non symlinked modded trac_client_1.ttm in a VS it gets saved.

Expected behavior is that this is a symlinked file (see sk165693). Did you encounter situations this file was replaced and the symlink was broken? Was it a human error or a specific need for different settings per VS?

Hello Rick,

we are using a VSX Cluster with two Client VPN Gateways. They have the need for different settings, so that MEP must be prohibited and some settings in the trac files are different.

I also found another file that has changed in newer versions.

$PPKDIR/boot/modules/simkern.conf is now in $PPKDIR/conf/simkern.conf
