Change Chrome Browser to HttpClient (download speed increased in times)
JS scrips replaced by c# code (data form site JS is obtained using Jint)
Chande epub engine, add cover and page xhtml templates
Add support for volumes (chapter numbering now is volume number - chapter number if volumes are more than 1)
Small fixes in main WPF form (my Visual Studio wasn't show form preview due to CalcBinding)
Not working yet: authorization, partial chapters download (is it needed at all?)
Not tested yet: pdf output
