…partureTimes that should be included and set to true to resimulate days where any trips have differences between arrival and departure times that are not within 1 minute of the travel time. This was happening in about 1 out of 1,000 trips without this switch, and 0 trips using the switch.
… # 84 to avoid conflict with pre-existing coefficient # 89. This should make the code backwards compatible again. To be backwards compatible with old results (for builds prior to March 7 commit), coefficients 84-88 in the WorkLocationModel coefficients file should either be 0 or not present. Those coefficient numbers should also not be used in any region-specific directory code added for the WorkLocationModel.
