Public datasets

This is a collection of public data sets. Directories are organized by species and subdirectories are named according to the publication/population. Each dataset has a README file that briefly describes the file contents and a link to the original publication. If some processing was done between downloading the dataset and uploading it here, then please include the scripts used.
