Summary

This PR applies Ruff formatting to the codebase to ensure consistent code style across the project.

Changes

• Sort and organize imports across all Python files
• Clean up whitespace and formatting
• Fix minor style inconsistencies

Files Changed

• 40 Python files in the pythonie/ directory
• Includes models, migrations, management commands, and template tags

Testing

• All changes are formatting-only (no functional changes)
• Existing tests should continue to pass
