I integrated the HTML/CSS of redesigned FLEUR into FTA.vue. It is now possible to use a functional redesigned FLEUR (without sankey at the moment) in failure tree tab. It still depends on the script files in FLEUR, so FLEUR is added as a submodule in the public folder.
