Hi, I'm not sure if this is of any interest to you. I had a few problems trying to run the .NET 4.5.1 version using the CLI and VS Code doesn't seem to play very nicely with .NET Framework projects. |

Upgraded to a recent version of dotnet to make the kata play a bit nicer with the dotnet cli.
