Surge Potion Notifier

A simple RuneLite plugin that notifies you Surge potion cooldown has expired and another dose can be used.

Features

• Notification when Surge potion is ready to use again (Defaults to off)
• Inventory highlighting for Surge potions when off cooldown (Defaults to on)
