feat: add matrix2acrobits proxy

This pull request adds support for integrating the matrix2acrobits proxy (for NethVoice mobile app chat integration) into the module. It introduces a new optional configuration for the NethVoice authentication URL, provisions a new container and service for matrix2acrobits, manages its lifecycle, and updates the configuration and validation logic accordingly. Additionally, it updates translation files and access grants.

Integration of matrix2acrobits proxy:

• Added matrix2acrobits container support: updated build scripts to include the new image (ghcr.io/nethesis/matrix2acrobits:0.0.4), increased the required TCP ports to 5, and included a new persistent volume (volumes/matrix2acrobits-data). [1] [2]
• Introduced a new systemd user service (matrix2acrobits.service) to manage the proxy using Podman, including environment and volume setup.
• Created a new application service registration template for matrix2acrobits (matrix2acrobits.yaml).

UI:

• Added nethvoice_auth_url parameter
• Updated English translation
• Removed unused or outdated translation files for Arabic, German, Spanish, and Basque to clean up the UI translations. [1] [2] [3] [4]
