we recently implemented an online Validation service for individual records that can be used
before opening a Pull Request. This is intended to make the submission easier for contributors.
The validation is available as preview on our developer MassBank at https://msbi.ipb-halle.de/MassBank/service
and will be rolled out to the other MassBank sites next year. We are glad for any feedback how the validation service helps in preparing a submission.

Dear Steffen-san, Yes, we have troubles to submit a batch of hundreds of new records that I prepared. Satoshi Tanaka of our group is trying to develop a tool to Validate the batch at once. But it is hard to develop such a tool. Your site https://msbi.ipbhalle.de/MassBank/service is helpful for our purpose and we are trying to use the service. Sincerely yours, Takaaki

Dear Steffen-san, Thank you very much for informing us about the new online validation service. The validation results are very clear and easy to understand, and they have been extremely helpful in preparing our submission. We are currently preparing to register 287 records, and the ability to validate individual records before opening a Pull Request made this process much smoother and more efficient for us. We also appreciate that the service can be used in a way that avoids unnecessary server load. Overall, this validation service was a great help for our submission workflow. Thank you again for providing such a useful service. We are looking forward to its rollout to the other MassBank sites next year.
