MegaDriveSuperTools is a Sega Mega Drive (known as Sega Genesis on US) homebrew
development and modification toolkit created by
Marco Túlio Todeschini Coelho (marco.tulio.todeschini.coelho@gmail.com)
on 04/08/2017. It is a free software under GPL v3.0.

Currently under development, more tools will be added later on.

Tool listing:

MegaDriveSuperPatcher - A IPS, and UPS format file patcher. Commonly used to distribute
homebrew game file modifications on the internet, and to patch the same modifications to
another game file.
