Revised annotation simulation

This release includes the revised annotation simulation, which accepts or rejects SAM 2's predicted mask based on the dice and normalized surface dice (1mm tolerance). Also, the annotation simulation now mimics imperfect mask correction instead of using the ground truth mask for correction.
