I make changes to make it run in Linux. It run completely with the final plots... The changes should not compromise the code while running in WIndows. though I haven't test them.... Could please test that?
ALso the code could still use improvements (e..g. I haven't use
filesepeverywhere it should be used...)I'm sorry I haven't progress in the Python implementation but still I want to give it a shot!
