Feels bad having verify causing a huge lag spike, especially on storyboard heavy mapsets.
The only place verify ran concurrently beforehand was Editor.uploadSet.

On the surface this feels like a useless optimization (if you were manually refreshing issues), but this really plays into the time taken loading a map in the editor as verify runs as the tab is loaded. Transition to editor feels a bit better now.
