Describe the bug
Raw data output from multibeam sensor is incorrect.

To Reproduce

Subscribe to the raw sonar data topic in RViz2 using the appropriate plugin.

Expected behavior

Display of the sonar data similar to the image output.

  • Machine Linux Ubuntu
  • OS Version: Ubuntu 24.04
  • Anything that may be unusual about your environment

Additional context
Seems like the relevant section of the code was incorrectly ported to ROS2. I will submit a PR with a fix.
