Compiled successfully with
./configure.sh cesgathen following the other steps. But I haven't been able to run it with core2 yet. The data is downloaded at/mnt/netapp2/Store_uni/home/ulc/cursos/curso348/fesom2/DATA/FESOM2_one_year_input, but my namelists appear to be missing something.I think it can be merged, or if others prefer I can make it a draft until I manage to run it.
I also added
job_cesga, but I noticed theworkdir is in.gitignore. Not sure if supposed to add the job or not.Thanks
