Enhances asset display in buy/sell flow by appending the chain name to non-native tokens and L2-native assets in RampCreateScene.

• Updates getSelectedCryptoDisplay to append (<chain displayName>) when isAssetNativeToChain is false, covering tokens and L2-native assets (e.g., Optimism ETH)
• Adds corresponding entry to CHANGELOG.md under Unreleased
