Adding eosio::structure custom attribute. Can be used for retrieving metadata. Example usage: struct [[eosio::structure]] fee_payer { /* fields */ };
This is identical to PR #40 and replaces it. The only difference is that this PR merges to transaction-sponsorship branch (instead of eosio branch).
