As I found, they(Hacktoberfest) are verifying the code in the PR so I recommend that you add your code to a "code folder" as well to avoid any consequences (your code should be in a folder named after you). I'm completely lost. This particular task was not code-based so what do you mean I should create a code folder? If I'm not mistaken we were supposed to edit the READ.me file

Hey @legit-develop!
By the time I found out that they check the code for the PR for Hacktoberfest, I also created the code folder. So that contributors do not face any consequences for their PR at Hacktoberfest. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand the process.
