I had to run aclocal to recreate aclocal.m4, then automake to create the Makefile.in files from the Makefile.am templates. Tested on openSUSE Leap 15.1.
Mark unused arguments as such, and remove unused stack variable.

These commits allow sysutils to work with newer versions of sysfsutils and aclocal. I also added "-Wall" (temporarily) to the gcc command line and fixed a few issues found there.
