라이브러리 설치법도 리드미에 써둠.
normal_predic에 옮김. 수정작업 좀 필요할거임. 인덴테이션 통일함. 한 번의 인덴트당 4개의 공백. data.xlsx에 있는 데이터가 갑자기 적어져서 당황하지 말 것. 원본 데이터는 구글에 살아있음. 읽기 편하게 하려고 날데이터만 남김. 그 날데이터가 그대로 lottoData_t의 rawData로 들어갔으니 잘 이용할 것.
