For all functions requiring AdminCap and multisig params before, use MultisigConfig instead of externally passed multisig params. Update ESenderIsNotMultisig to ESenderIsNotValidMultisig. Update functions docs.
Add validate_sender_is_admin_multisig to multisig_config module and use it everywhere needed instead of direct multisig::check_if_sender_is_multisig_address usage. Remove unused errors from modules. Remove unused public-view multisig config functions.
