Update to FS19, not complete but it works

On a MP game, we receive the following error:
"Glance.lua:1482: attempt to index global 'FillUtil' (a nil value)

Thank you. - I have not looked through it yet, due to focusing on other mod.
Though some people in GIANTS' Discord #modding channel have asked about Glance, and I mentioned noticing your pull request. - So could be it "gets out into the wild" (i.e. appearing at other download websites).

This appears to happen after the second person logs onto the game. We get 3-4 in a row, then a little later, 3-4 more. Not a constant spam.

Another cool thing would be if you could have a background behind the display. So the text does not get hidden if the bg is lightly colored.
