feat: Support cloned contracts in the action builder.

Description

This implements support for factory-created contracts or similar cloned contracts in the action builder.

Under the hood, we use the rich contract registry to store the sha256-hashed contract bytecode of the cloned contract to achieve this.

Closes DXgovernance/davi-monorepo#27.
