There is a possibility that we may try to apply as a Google Summer of Code (GSoC) organization for 2017. Mentors and ideas for student proposals are needed!

A few notes:

  • Any MS-based software project should feel welcome to join.
  • The project needs to release code under an OSI-approved license such as GPL or BSD.
  • Each project should have the following:
    • A brief description, including any prerequisites (e.g. experience in Java) and expected results/features.
    • Links to any additional information (e.g. website or published paper).
    • Your name and email address, along with a potential backup mentor.

Projects:

  • MSDK
  • MZmine
  • OpenMS

Mentors:

  • Adam Tenderholt (adam dot tenderholt at veritomyx dot com)
  • Tomas Pluskal (plusik at gmail dot com)
