oh man - I really don't remember. I think we never got parallel CLE to work, and this was another attempt along those lines... |

Just flagging that the upstream repo has updated model_storm_module.f90 a few times since this PR. If/when we want to re-try parallel CLE, we should check to see if it's been fixed upstream (in which case we could close this) |

Just comparing CLE differences between prior version and hudaquresh version
This PR is into a branch with trailing whitespace removed to keep diffs to a minimum. If we merge this in, we should do it into master.
