Summary of the changes (Less than 80 chars)

  • Adjust the source generator’s XML documentation inference to match the behavior of XmlDocumentationProvider.
  • Added support for: <see>, <returns>, <exception>, <paramref>
  • Preserved whitespaces
  • Fixed inherit doc (previously worked only on types, not on other targets)
  • Ported relevant tests from XmlDocumentationProviderTests
    • Cases for arguments / parameters are not relevant yet, as the source generator does not emit XML docs for them (yet .. 🚧)

Closes #bugnumber (in this specific format)
