Fix for documentation examples

I made two small changes:

1. I have added missing import statements in the documentation code snippets that describe how to get the records.
2. I have fixed the table parser example notebook. As described in Broken table parser #35, it was not working. The path for the example table data was wrong and the model needs to be specified when instantiating the Table object instead of adding it afterwards.
