FIX: Changed formula to calculate zscore

zmetric=(metric-avg)./stdev in line 76 produced an error when run in Matlab 2015b
I updated the code to use zscore:
zmetric=zscore(metric)
The code now runs with no issues

The reason I ask is because I think the function 'zscore' is a member of the 'Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox'. So an implementation involving the 'zscore' function may not work for all users. For that reason, I would prefer to stick with an implementation that does not involve any toolbox functions.

So if you show me the error message, maybe I can fix it without using 'zscore'.

Hi Jamie, Sure, no problem at all. The error message was: Error using - Matrix dimensions must agree. Error in op_rmbadaverages (line 76) zmetric=(metric-avg)./stdev; Error in run_megapressproc_auto (line 153) [out_rm,metric{iter},badAverages]=op_rmbadaverages(out_cc2,nsd,'t'); Thanks for pointing out the use of the toolbox in my suggestion - something for me to watch out for next time.
