Updated to be able to parse the new Siemens (correct and incorrect) header saving scheme.
Mistake, was supposed to be squeezedData, not sqzDims
This reverts commit e121d40.
Size was not working correctly, what we want is the number of dimensions of the squeezedData

Updated to be able to parse the new Siemens header saving scheme (with and without empty arrays).
