Depending on if you are a normal user or a developer, there are different requirements on each to be able to run the app with success.

Required for Normal Use

.net Framework 4.6.2
Windows 7 and Up (.net 4.6.2 won't Run on Windows 8.0, or anything below Windows 7)
15 - 20 MB Storage Space

Required for Developers (Plus Normal Requirements)
