Fixes/Addresses:

I just noticed that PyQt5 has a newer release on PyPi than we are using.

Summary/Motivation:

Testing this to see if it still works, or even solves some of our issues (like #pysqt

Changes proposed in this PR:

  • PyQt5 from 5.15.10 to 5.15.11
