This link has already expired. We should instead provide the image ourselves using either a data: URL (if Discord supports it) or one of the other methods.

Implements the biggest missing feature from ZeKaiser. A small thing on this one, in order for the bot to read automod actions it needs to be given a permission role for
Manage Server. This isn't great but given that this bot is only really used in a few small servers, we can just create a scoped role for it in the CS Discord that affords it that permission like what we had for ZeKaiser
