Description

This PR merges azure-ai-agents into azureai-samples. All historical data should be preserved.

We need to discuss about this, as many of these are direct copy from azure sdk for python or c# azure ai projects repos, we do not want to maintain in 2 places and if we would do that, I know that will not work
