Adding new folder to demonstrate the capability of Code Interpreter with an e2e app in Streamlit.

Description

Uploading files into a new folder 'code-interpreter' to showcase the capabilities of Azure OpenAI assistant apis with code interpreter. Main code is in app.py, which is the final app developed in streamlit. Some demo scripts are collected in the notebook.ipynb file.
