I know you had done some work on this with the Python script, but I started working out a solution using Node and calling the Wiki's API.

I wouldn't say this is perfect by any means, but it's close enough to at least warrant looking at I think.

The change to the plaintext version of the license is just to satisfy vsce, since it looks for a plaintext license file.
