Add contents: write permission to ci_master.yml workflow to allow the release process to push version bump commits back to the repository.

The release workflow successfully deployed v1.0.6 to Clojars but failed to push the version bump commit due to insufficient permissions.
This adds
contents: writepermission to allow the workflow to complete the full release cycle including pushing version commits.
