ALICE3-TRK: adapting to recent changes in the ML/OT geometry and to the new type definition o2::trk::Hit

• Adapting the digitization code to the new segmentation into chips for the ML/OT
• Using the TRK hit definition o2::trk::Hit instead of the old o2::itsmft::Hit, introduced to adapt to the increased size of the detector ID (up to 45k, not possible to store into a short)
• Fixing the direction of the shift for VD sensitive elements coordinate system to adapt to the APTS response coordinate system
