dpl-workflow.sh: modifying config/key defaults (ITS, MFT, MCH) for synchronous processing

This sets the following default parameters for synchronous processing only, which are currently set in all or many physics configurations:

• MULTIPLICITY_PROCESS_mch_data_decoder=2
  • for pp, PbPb
  • also needs workflow-multiplicities.sh: use two mch-data-decoder instances by default in synchronous pp and PbPb processing O2DPG#2104
• CONFIG_EXTRA_PROCESS_o2_itsmft_stf_decoder_workflow=\"ITSClustererParam.maxBCDiffToMaskBias=-1;MFTClustererParam.maxBCDiffToMaskBias=-1;\”
  • for pp, PbPb
• CONFIG_EXTRA_PROCESS_o2_mft_reco_workflow=\"MFTTracking.cutMultClusLow=0;MFTTracking.cutMultClusHigh=4000;\"
  • for pp, PbPb
• CUT_MULT_MIN_ITS=0 and CUT_MULT_MAX_ITS=400
  • only for PbPb
