During the day, I am a shared PhD candidate between the Developmental Neurobiology team led by Dr. Nuria Flames and the Cellular Biology team led by Dr. Isabel Farinas, where we do a bunch of analysis related mainly with single cell sequencing, but also other stuff related to structural genomics (transposable element presence in Caenorhabditis), genome evolution and gene regulatory network inference. Most of the code I write (and push to github) comes from this lab work, and therefore everything is (by now) closed source 🤔. Sorry.
During my free time, I collaborate with my Father's small company related to taxes and other stuff. There I do the system administration and web development, but also do IT work by repairing the computers and I like to restore old computers giving a second opportunity.
