Extend historical aerosol forcings to 1849-2023

Closes issue #116

Note: the historical aerosol code previously read the aerosol datasets from 1849 onwards. The code now reads from 1850 onwards and duplicates 1850 to produce 1849 data.

Tested using u-dq819.uk-ozone-test@341964. Run output is in gadi:/scratch/tm70/pcl851/cylc-run/u-dq819.uk-ozone-test/run46. Ancillary output is in gadi:/g/data/tm70/pcl851/CMIP7/esm1p6_ancil/2025.12.19:

Re-tested using u-dq819.uk-ozone-test@341965. This used all forcings except for ozone. Run output is in gadi:/scratch/tm70/pcl851/cylc-run/u-dq819.uk-ozone-test/run47.
