Improvement: highlight the current line in the synced window

If I am editing a line, it would be interesting to have this line highlighted in the second synced window.
At the same time, if I select a word in the first window, it would be interesting to have a selection of the same size and position in the next window.
This would greatly help in the comparison work between the two windows.
